What is Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)?

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a multi award-winning therapy that has been described by doctors as practical neuroscience. It combines hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and neuroplasticity to rapidly identify and change the root causes of emotional, psychological and physical issues.

RTT focuses on discovering the original root of a problem rather than just addressing the symptoms. The therapist will guide the client into hypnosis and then work on uncovering the unhelpful beliefs that have created the presenting issue. The therapist will then help the client replace these beliefs with positive and empowering ones. At the end of the session, the client will be given a custom audio recording to listen to for at least 21 days to reinforce the new beliefs and help to make the changes permanent.

As its name suggests, Rapid Transformational Therapy works quickly. Many clients can be treated in a single session, but some may need up to 3 sessions.

What can RTT be used for?

RTT can be used to support a wide range of emotional, behavioural, and even physical issues. It's especially helpful when you're struggling with habits, patterns, or thoughts that feel hard to change through willpower alone. The list is endless, but please see a few examples below:
